The Peloton App is one of the most popular exercise apps on the market today. Peloton lets you stream live and on-demand fitness classes right to your device, for a monthly membership fee.

However, if you want to get in shape using Peloton’s unique features like “Pelotoning” or “Riding Together,” then you’ll need to know how to stack Peloton classes.

Can You Stack Classes On The Peloton App?

Stacking classes on the Peloton App is a great way to save time and get in shape. Peloton lets you stream live fitness classes from your device, so it’s ideal for people who want an effective but convenient method of working out.

However, there are some rules about stacking Peloton classes on the Peloton App that you should know before getting started:

• You must be subscribed to Peloton Digital and have access to at least one live or on-demand class every 30 days.

• If you’re not actively participating in more than two of these streamed workouts per month (i.e., riding), then Peloton reserves the right to terminate your account without notice.

• The number of on-demand rides does not over into future months if they are not used. The peloton will stop counting on-demand rides after 30 days if you do not use them.

• To receive credit for multiple live classes correctly, please ensure that all rides begin at or after scheduled start times (i.e. do not “back-stack”). Peloton has found this helps provide more accurate records of member activity across its platform including but not limited to class participation status points accrual/loss.

However, this app reserves the right to disqualify any Pelotons where all rides do not begin at or after scheduled start times from inclusion in Peloton’s platform records.

• Only Pelotons completed during paid Peloton Digital subscription time will count toward class stacking and riding together eligibility.

Another thing about stacking classes on the Peloton app is, Peloton lets you stack up to two live Peloton classes and another four on-demand Peloton rides. These Pelotons do not have to be from the same class, but they must all be Peloton workouts (rides).

For example, say that last month you only used one Peloton workout: a 60-minute indoor cycling class. You can then use it as your first Peloton this month along with either a second Peloton or four more on-demand Pelotes!

Since there are five total workouts in this scenario, those would count as your maximum number of stacked classes for the rest of the calendar year. Also, Peloton lets you stack Pelotons and Pelotes on different days of the week, so it doesn’t matter which ones you use.

How To Stack Classes On The Peloton App?

The Peloton App is available on two different platforms, Android and iOS. But the process of stacking classes is the same for both of them. Here’s a comprehensive guide on how to stack classes on the Peloton app-

Step 1: Open Your App & Log In

Open Peloton’s App, log in, and select the Peloton you want to add. Now, before this, you need to make sure you have a paid Peloton Digital subscription.

Once logged into your app, select “My Classes” from the top navigation bar (it looks like an orange parallelogram). From there, choose any active or archived Peloton workout by tapping on its tile. Then tap “Ride Together.” Next, select Pelotons to stack by tapping on the Peloton’s tile.

Step 2: Open Your Second Peloton Or On-Demand Pelotons

The next step is opening a second Peloton or On-Demand Pelotons. For this, select one of your existing Pelotons or on-demand Pelotes that you want to stack, and make sure it has a start time between 12:00 AM and 11:59 PM (ET). It doesn’t matter if this is live or an on-demand class because they both work with stacking classes.

Here are some examples of how to pair these rides together in order for them to count towards “Riding Together” status under the Fitness tab within the Peloton app-

– Peloton A: Peloton B, Pelotons C and D

– Peloton B: Peloton A, Pelotons C and D

Step 3: Post Peloton To Your Profile

This step is super easy. Once your Pelotons are selected, simply post them to your profile under the Peloton tab in the app! Make sure that you don’t begin any of these rides before or after their scheduled start times otherwise they won’t count towards “Riding Together” status.

Once you’re done with this process, all three Pelotons will appear on your Peloton schedule within the app for you to ride together at any time during the rest of the year! You can add Pelotons and Pelotes to your schedule on any day of the week, so you can stack these Pelotons at different times.

Step 4: Wait For Peloton Ride To End

The Peloton workout will end on its own at the scheduled time, but if you want to complete it faster, this is how easy it is-

Just press “Back” (at the bottom of your screen) twice. This takes you back to Peloton’s main menu where you can tap into another class with a start time within 12:00 AM and 11:59 PM (ET).

How To Ride Pelotons Together

You can ride these Pelotons together consecutively too! However, Pelotons have built-in cool downs so they won’t begin until their respective cool down periods are over. Then again, there may be some classes that do not include any built-in cool down period so keep scrolling through your list of Pelotons until you find one that does not have a cool down period.

When Peloton workouts end, Peloton automatically goes into “pause” mode but it won’t let you start another Peloton until the scheduled class begins (Its time is between 12:00 AM and 11:59 PM (ET)).

This means that if there’s no built-in cool down period, then you can press back twice to return to Peloton’s main menu, select your next Peloton workout with a start time between 12:00 AM and 11:59 PM (ET), and ride these two together consecutively!
